ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING

Environmental planning is a relatively new field of study that we aim to merge the practice of urban planning with the concerns of environmentalism to incorporate strategic development techniques through planning and regulations for the protection, conservation and sustenance of the natural ecology integrated with development and economic growth.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

Environmental Management in our opinion is not, as the phrase suggests, the management of the environment as such but rather the management of the humankind's interaction with and impact upon the environment. In today’s time the need for environmental management needs be viewed from a variety of perspectives for sustainable development.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT

Now the EIA has become a requirement in more than 100 countries. Public awareness of environmental issues has increased markedly in recent years. There is now widespread public concern about the quality of towns and cities and countryside and the adverse effects of new industrial development. We believe EIA with a focus on cumulative impacts and secondary induced impacts.

ECOLOGICAL LANDSCAPE PLANNING

Through the Ecological Landscape Planning and Design we engage in the study of the ecological pattern and socio-cultural systems of a place to determine optimal land use patterns and landscape design elements. This approach addresses how spatial variation in the landscape affects ecological processes such as the distribution and flow of energy, materials and individuals in the environment.

ECO TOURISM

The term ecotourism was initially used to describe nature-based travel to relatively undisturbed areas with an emphasis on education. However we have developed a  scientifically based approach to the planning, management and development of sustainable tourism products and activities.

LANDSCAPE DESIGN

Our organisation is committed to innovative landscape design as informed by ecology ,physiography contextual history techniques of construction and the contemporary realm responding to the diversity of this area of practice.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING

India has had a tradition of water harvesting which is more than two millennia old, but is now today dying a slow death. In today’s time with the ever rising urbanization on one hand and environmental crises on the other , there is a need to incorporate rain water harvesting techniques for all projects that we deal with.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN and SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

We seek to engage in the generation of spaces and structures  through research, critical enquiry and experimentation. It includes the concern for ecology, land, water and air, just as importantly as it includes the concern for the design of places that are artful sustainable and uplifting for the dynamics of various social groups.

WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Water is nature’s most abundant resource and also that which man has always been taking for granted. Urbanization and an ever- increasing population in the recent decades have contaminated waterbodies, thus making them unfit for use .We work in close coordination with experts to provide water management techniques.
